Data is the key element for the operation of CIMS system in petrochemical enterprises. However, the data measured on field have unavoidably errors and cannot be satisfied with the material and energy balance as well as other constraints of process units, which limits the effects of the process optimization, simulation and control software, even leading to wrong decision-making. A rchitecture
APC-DataPro comprises three parts, DataPro-Recon, DataPro-Admin and DataPro-Reports. The general architecture is shown in the following figure.
         
The functions of DataPro-Recon are modeling, redundancy analysis, gross error detection, reconciliation and data interface. DataPro-Admin performs user information setting, database and system maintenance. Based on the model, DataPro-Report can produce unit balance report and yield accounting report. The report can be exported to Excel file and the style can be modified.
